Bridge of Grace Staff

Javier Mondragon

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

“Growing up, there was a church in my neighborhood, very close to where we gathered to drink. People would walk past us on their way to services. We heard music and saw them pass again as they left, never stopping to either speak to us or invite us to their church. That experience has shaped my ministry and the mission of Bridge of Grace. We will not only open our doors, but we will actively pursue them and tell the story that can change their lives forever.”

Pastor Javier holds a master of ministry degree from Olivet Nazarene University, is a professor of Community Development and Urban Ministries at Indiana Wesleyan University, and serves on various local and regional boards.

Zis Milentis

Strategy and Development Officer

“I committed myself to ministry early in life, but ended up in a business career. God didn’t forget, and called me to leave my comfort zone and go into ministry later in life and use the skills He developed in me over the years. I am blessed to be in His service.”

With over 50 years of experience working in the nonprofit and corporate sectors and as a strategic-visioning consultant, Zis has earned five degrees from various institutions, including a doctorate in Organizational Development and Leadership from Regent University.

Sue Todia

Director of Operations

“Significant and lasting life changes happen in the midst of intentional relationships based on genuine love. I have seen that when people can realize their value and opportunities are presented, it’s inevitable - great things happen. I am grateful that God has given me the opportunity at Bridge of Grace to deeply love and impact the lives of people in southeast Fort Wayne.”

Sue started her 30 year career as an entrepreneur, developing many successful businesses along the way. Her heart for God and His people influenced every turn. Experience includes several agency administration aspects such as case management, supervision, operations, strategy, HR, program development and community relations.

RÉNA BRADLEY

Community Development Coordinator

“As a designer and community activist, I am excited to use design as a tool to share the love of Christ as well as mobilize youth, residents, and volunteers who want to make a difference in our neighborhood.”

As a graduate of Howard University and a former Detroit Revitalization Fellow, Réna’s experience in private, nonprofit, and public sectors has taught her that design is a tool to develop not only places but also a sense of well-being, unity, and joy in individuals and communities.

ROSE CARO

Resource Development Coordinator

“I believe in demonstrating Christ in action and I believe that the strongest witness is that of unconditional love. After many years of experience in missions and outreach ministries, it is a joy to be serving others and serving God in the Mount Vernon Park neighborhood through Bridge of Grace.”

Rose holds degrees in Church Ministry, Pastoral Ministry, and Leadership & Ethics from Nazarene Bible College. She is currently pursuing her MDiv in Missional Leadership from Northwest Nazarene University. She serves as an Associate Pastor and the missions board president at Many Nations Church.

AJ ZALDIVAR

Education Programs Manager

“I am driven by seeing others thrive emotionally, mentally, and spiritually through the creation and consumption of art and music. I am excited to be able to work with Bridge of Grace to bring musical and artistic opportunities to children in the Mount Vernon Park neighborhood.”

AJ holds a BS in Worship Arts with an emphasis in voice from John Brown University. She leads worship services throughout the greater Fort Wayne area and also currently serves as the Worship Director of Many Nations Church.

Tracy Ramsey

“In the short time I have been with Bridge of Grace, I see a neighborhood regaining its pride! A neighborhood has to be a place where a family feels safe. This is why I believe in what GOD is doing through Bridge of Grace. I see great changes!”

Tracy has been a licensed Residential Home Inspector for over 19 years. He has also overseen many capitol repair projects for bank owned Assets including all aspects of property preservation.
