JAVIER MONDRAGON

Founder & Chief Executive Officer 


Rev. Mondragon is the founder of Bridge of Grace Compassionate Ministries. He holds a Master of Ministry degree from Olivet Nazarene University, is a Professor of Community Development and Urban Ministries at Indiana Wesleyan University, and serves on the boards of the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission, North East Indiana Nazarene, and Nazarene Theological Seminary Center for Pastoral Leadership Advisory.

MATTHEW GRAVES

President 


Mr. Graves currently works for Strahm Building Solutions in construction sales, project management and operations. Matt has a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and an MBA from IPFW. Matt's volunteer activities include co-founding LivingFortWayne.com and serving with Active 20-30 Club and Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana. He currently serves the operations committee and the board of directors of SCAN. In 2016, Matt Was appointed by the Mayor to serve on the City of Fort Wayne Economic Development Commission.

STEVEN HAYS

Vice President


Mr. Hays currently serves as Resident Engineer for Kimball Electronics in the Fort Wayne area. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Trine University and was previously with Advance Manufacturing Group Leader for Raytheon Corp. He is a volunteer for Real Men Read and Lunch Buddy with Big Brothers/Big Sisters. He previously lead the Education Initiatives team for Bridge of Grace.

TRENT BUCHER

Treasurer


Mr. Bucher is currently President of Honnegger Ringger & Co. CPA firm. Mr. Bucher holds a BA in Accounting from Purdue University. He is the treasurer of Wells County Chamber of Commerce, Wells County Food Bank, Wells County Foundation, and Apostolic Christian Church of Bluffton North. He also serves on the Advisory Board for House of Hope, the Steve Kelly Cancer Relief Foundation, Bluffton Regional Medical Center, and is a member of AICPA and Indiana CPA Society.

ANDY BINKLEY

Board Member


Mr. Binkley is currently the CFO of Weigand Construction.  He is a graduate of Indiana University with a BS in Accounting and holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Trine University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of Financial Executive Institute (FEI), and the President of Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) of Northern Indiana.   Mr. Binkley is the past board chairman of Youth for Christ of Northern Indiana, past board member of RemedyLive and Forgotten Children Worldwide.  His volunteer experience includes The Rescue Mission, Junior Achievement, and City Life.

KATHY CALLEN

Board Member


Ms. Callen is a graduate of Indiana University (B.S. Finance) and Miami University (M.B.A.). She is retired from Old National Bank. Her past and present community leadership commitments include: Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne, Fort Wayne Park Foundation, Vera Bradley Foundation, Canterbury School Foundation, University of St. Francis, and Miss Virginia's Food Pantry.

PALERMO GALINDO

Board Member


Mr. Galindo is a graduate of Indiana University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. His past and present community leadership include: Indiana Commission on Hispanic and Latino Affairs (ICHLA), Citywide Community Liaison, Board Member of Parkview Hospital, contributor to the Fort Wayne Museum of Art's Día de los Muertos exhibit, U.S. Census Complete Count Committee Co-Chair, Leadership Fort Wayne Alumni, FBI Citizens' Academy graduate and Multicultural Advisory Committee member.

GARY HAMILTON

Board Member


Mr. Hamilton is Deputy Chief of the Community Relations Division of the FWPD. Hamilton graduated from Manchester College. He formerly served as Chief of Police and also worked in the Prosecutor’s Office as Liaison Officer. He currently serves on the Social Work Advisory Board at Manchester College and previously on the Board of Directors of SCAN.

ROB HAYWORTH

Board Member


Mr. Hayworth currently serves as Partner and Private Wealth Advisor with Summit Financial Group. He has extensive experience serving the community through roles with: The Reclamation Project, Remedy LIVE, St. Paul's Lutheran School, and Fellowship Missionary Church.

LARRY WHITE

Board Member 


Mr. White currently serves as managing partner and owner of Liberty Group Realty. He has been serving the Northeast Indiana Real Estate market for 20 years now. The first 10 years were spent working as a New Home Consultant for, at the time, two of the most productive builders in the greater Fort Wayne area. He has been fortunate to be part of over 800 transactions during this time. One thing that Larry prides himself on most is the rapport that's established between both he and his clients.
