ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Bridge of Grace promotes home ownership for the people of our community. We believe financial savviness and owning a home allow community members to benefit from the future development and accomplishments Fort Wayne and investors are planning. Currently, there is a large gap between renting and owning, with 66% of our residents renting homes. With a proactive approach, we are helping residents establish a foundation yielding success.

We know that established neighborhood businesses help counteract disadvantageous development. As we engage with our local businesses, we believe in progress that will benefit all. We are also committed to the development of future business owners and have a vision for a future coffee shop and vendor booth/pop-up opportunities to help residents experience entrepreneurship.

Our own social enterprise, MVP Landscaping, is now a thriving and growing company. MVP hires southeast Fort Wayne residents and trains them in professional lawn care and landscaping. For more information on MVP Landscaping, please visit: https://www.mvplandscapingfw.com/
